Payment, Delivery, and Warranty Terms


1. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made via bank transfer to the official company account or through an authorized agent account. Full banking details will be provided upon order confirmation and are included on the tax invoice.

Cash Payments (permitted under Austrian law)
In accordance with § 153b Abs. 1 of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung – GewO) and the Financial Markets Anti-Money Laundering Act (Finanzmarkt-Geldwäschegesetz – FM-GwG):

Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum of EUR 10,000 per transaction, when made in person at our registered location.

For amounts exceeding EUR 10,000, payment must be made exclusively via bank transfer, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

This applies to both individual purchases and aggregated transactions that form a single economic operation.

Negotiation Flexibility
We remain open to transparent and fair negotiations, especially for large-scale or recurring purchases.

Invoicing and Tax Compliance
A tax-compliant invoice is issued for every order, with VAT (Umsatzsteuer) clearly itemized in accordance with the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG).

Negotiation Flexibility
We remain open to transparent and reasonable negotiations, particularly for large-scale or recurring orders, subject to mutual agreement.

Invoicing and VAT Compliance
All transactions are accompanied by a valid tax invoice, issued in accordance with Austrian tax legislation. Value-Added Tax (VAT) is itemized clearly, in line with the Austrian Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG).

2. Delivery Terms
Geographic Scope
We deliver agricultural machinery across all EU member states. Deliveries are executed via trusted logistics partners or our in-house transport service, depending on equipment type, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery timeframe is between 2 to 5 business days from the date of payment confirmation or deposit receipt, contingent upon stock availability and final destination.

3. Personal Pickup Option
Pickup Location and Scheduling
Customers may opt to personally collect equipment from our headquarters located in Kisvásárhely, Hungary, by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled at least 7 calendar days in advance.

Product Reservation Conditions
To reserve an item for personal pickup, a 50% advance payment must be completed within one (1) business day following the expression of interest.

Cancellation and Refunds
If the customer is unable to collect the item due to valid or documented reasons, the advance payment will be fully refunded. No cancellation fees or penalties will be charged.

4. Warranty and Returns
Commercial Warranty
All products are covered by a warranty period ranging from 12 to 24 months, depending on the type and specifications of the machinery purchased. Warranty terms are clearly stated in the invoice or sales contract and comply with Austrian and EU consumer protection laws.

Inspection Period and Return Conditions
Customers are granted a 15-calendar-day inspection period from the date of delivery or pickup to assess the functionality and conformity of the equipment.

In the event of non-conformity (i.e. discrepancies between the product received and the product description or agreed specifications), the customer is entitled to:

A full refund, and

Free return logistics, arranged and covered by us.

No financial loss shall be borne by the customer in such cases, in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and relevant EU directives.
